Refund Policy

Our refund process for WASHSKIT Cap Wash & Shape Protector orders.

Eligibility

Unused items in their original condition, including the cage, mesh bag, and packaging, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refund process

Contact support@washskit.com with your order number before sending anything back. After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Timing and exclusions

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
